Description

Alba is the highest grade of Ceylon cinnamon, hand-selected from the finest inner bark of the Cinnamomum zeylanicum tree. Each slender quill measures 6 to 7 mm across, with a delicate texture and exceptional smoothness.

The flavour is warm and subtly sweet, gently layered with citrus and honey, and it lingers without overpowering. Use it in hot chocolate, cocktails and aromatic brews, in baking and slow-cooked savoury dishes, or give it as a gift.
